We Serve You Better:

Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday. Weekend, Holiday, and evening orders are processed on the following business day. Currently, we do not accept orders over the phone, however, orders may be faxed to the number above 24 hours a day, or mailed to the address above. All orders are shipped directly to you out of out own multi-million dollar anime inventory at our internet fulfillment center in Winchester, VA.  No third party companies, no excuses, no hassles.

If you notice an error in your order, please e-mail us immediately so that we may correct your order. If you suspect that your order did not transmit successfully, please e-mail us so that we may confirm receipt of your order and contact you for follow up.

We currently do not  accept orders or inquiries by phone. We are committed to an internet business model, which makes us efficient and allows us to keep our prices low and our service to you high.
