Earth finds itself pitted against the formidable Barmanians,
a winged humanoid race without a home.

Peaceful negotiations fall through as the alien leader is assassinated, and Earth’s ambassador is framed for the crime. The alien leader’s son, Admiral Richter, commands an all-out assault on Earth, and can only be stopped by the ambassador’s son Kazuya Ryuzaki piloting his father’s invention, the super robot Daimos. However, Richter’s sister Erika defects and meets Kazuya, which complicates matters as the two of them fall in love.
