Koji Aoyama - just another ordinary guy living an uneventful life as a university student. Because his parents are separated, his uncle, a somewhat strange man who runs a restaurant, has taken the roll of being a father to him. Although it's hard work, Koji comes to enjoy helping out at the restaurant from time to time.

One day, while walking with Himeko, whom he'd been friends with since childhood, he is suddenly hit by a car and nearly dies! Thanks to a miracle, he awakes to find myself in a hospital bed in America. After some bizarre adventures, he returns to Japan and decides to move into his uncle's house where I can help him run his restaurant.

At first, it seemed that they might just happy he wasn't killed in the car accident, but gradually he comes to realize that they've all fallen in love with him for some bizarre reason. The spend every moment they can, taking care of him and giving him all their attention.
